Lexey is doing great today! She is getting 5 ccs of milk and they are going to start giving her 6 by the end of the night. Her color has improved greatly due to the blood that she received yesterday. Her stats have been steadier since the blood transfusion. Like her oxygen levels and her blood pressure. She is up to 935 grams (2 lbs 1 oz). She is digesting very well and no problem when they have checked her residual (food still undigested) in her tummy.

Martins- I've been peaking at your blog for awhile now and am so glad Lexey is doing well. I know my parents mentioned to Bryan that our last son was born 10 weeks early and spend a long 7 weeks in the hospital and several months (even at home) on oxygen. It is such a scary/glorious time. Scary because they are so small and fragile, but glorious because they are alive and being well taken care of. I just wanted to tell you to hang in there. It will be a long several months, but before you know it that little baby will be able to come home and everything before that will be just a faint memory. Little Lexey has been in our prayers and will continue to be! -Talia Bishop Douglass
I check Lexie's blog everyday and pray for her always!! I am so gld that things are looking better and we will keep her in our prayers always. If I can help with anything please let me know!! I want to make her a blanket but I know I have awhile for that with her being so tiny!!
All our love, Raeo & Cheryl
